Pivotal role in ensuring strategic HR objectives

Compensation & Benefits is one of the key areas within Corporate HR, and it supports the organization by developing, renewing and implementing compensation & benefit strategies, tools, policies and processes to support the business.

You will be overall responsible for Orifarms compensation & benefit priorities, and as Compensation & Benefits Manager you will have direct report to the Executive Vice President for HR, Communication and CSR. Furthermore, you will be a member of the HR leadership team.  You will be leading a small team of specialized HR professionals within Compensation & Benefits as well as HR administration, and you will be part of a larger European HR organization of approx. 20 HR professionals.

As Compensation & Benefits Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that strategic HR objectives are met, and in creating an optimal foundation for business-critical decisions.

Examples of your key responsibilities and tasks are:

  • Responsible for the corporate reward processes, policies, incentive programs, including compensation & benefit benchmarks

  • Overall responsible for compensation & benefits administration in Denmark e.g. employee benefits program, retirement plans, leave policies and insurance policies such as health, life, pension and disability

  • Standardizing compensation & benefit policies, systems and suppliers across countries where applicable 

  • Defining a mobility concept supporting Orifarms strategic growth and ambitions for people development

  • Leading, developing and coaching team members in relation to performance and motivation

  • Securing a strong and close collaboration with colleagues in HR across countries and relevant stakeholders throughout the organization.

Experienced C&B Manager with strong business acumen

You are a performance-driven professional with strong business acumen. You have more than 5 years of experience within compensation and benefits in a manegerial position from an international company. Hereby you have built experience with compensation & benefits administration, incentive programs and benchmarking with regards to both design and execution.

Your formal and educational background is less important. However, we expect you to have extensive knowledge within labor law and negotiation. As a manager you are visionary. You identify with the Orifarm values and you inspire your employees to do the same.

Furthermore, you are characterized by the following qualities:

  • Good negotiation skills

  • Solid system & process understanding

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as business acumen

  • International mind-set and good intercultural understanding

  • Ambitious and demonstrating a winning spirit

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, and ideally also in German
