Aftermarket Sales Manager

Can you grow the sale of upgrades, spare parts and service?

Sales responsibility for assigned markets in Europe

Reporting to the CEO your responsibility will be to grow sales of Hydraulicos aftermarket services, which include sale of upgrades, spare parts and service. Based on a great number of installed presses around the world, Hydraulico already has a considerable aftermarket business, and as a part of the future strategy the company has developed new and unique Industry 4.0 service concepts. Additionally, the solutions within upgrades of equipment – both their own and that of other manufacturers – is an attractive alternative to investments in new equipment in a market under pressure.


It is estimated that there is a considerable potential for upgrades of existing equipment, and therefore, you will be in charge of identifying and exploring this potential – initially in a selection of the European markets. You will be heading a number of initiatives, which aim at increasing activities with both new business and with the customers, that have already chosen Hydraulicos equipment.


You will be able to obtain knowledge and inspiration in the organization, that consists of experienced colleagues with an in-depth know-how on Hydraulicos technologies and competences, and you will be working closely with your sales colleagues in the project sales department.
 

Experience with international project sales and/or aftermarket solutions

You have a solid international sales experience, from which you have become accustomed to contacting customers with a view to initiating a technical dialogue and finding solutions that benefit the customer’s productivity. You probably have an educational background in engineering, but you may also have a commercial background, as long as you have in-depth understanding for and experience with solution selling to technical customers.


You thrive in pursuing opportunities, and you set ambitious goals for yourself and for your area of responsibility, and not the least, you lead the way for your team, when it comes to exploring new markets or business areas.


You will have the overall responsibility to grow the sale of Hydraulicos aftermarket services – and thus, a strategic responsibility, and it is a precondition for your success, that you are able to work focused, long-term and structured.


You are fluent in English, and it is an advantage if you also master a second major language. As Hydraulicos customers are located all over the world, and as your success is created in a close dialogue with the customers, you must be prepared to travel 60-80 days per year.
