Proces Specialist

Grinding of wind turbine blades ● Global customers

You work with the whole process from analysis to requirement specification

As Process Specialist you will have an important role in developing and documenting KLINGSPOR WINDPOWER’s key processes within grinding of wind turbine blades. Through in-depth process understanding your main responsibility is to contribute to a further development of know-how, machinery and grinding articles for global customers. Your main tasks are:

  • Process analysis of customer processes

  • Independent problem solving and solution identification, including practical trials and simulations

  • Process descriptions and documentation

  • Requirement specifications for new solutions/products

You collect knowledge from our customers’ specialists as well as authorities, available research and subcontractors. You also find relevant partners, and you document the process through APQP4Wind. Project descriptions and risk assessments are also part of your work.

You keep yourself updated, and you contribute with your know-how, when costs need to be calculated or business plans are developed. You manage your own workday, and you plan your tasks, so that you focus on the main issues, you ensure progress and you make sure that documentation is in place.

Are you motivated for becoming the most competent process specialist?

Are you motivated for becoming the most competent process specialist in a high-complexity niche? If so, it is not decisive that you have in-depth knowledge of all specific processes from the start. It is, however, important that you have the basic qualifications, that you are curious and that you have a strong will to learn and share your knowledge.

Your background is an engineering degree, or a technician background with comparable experience. It is an advantage, if you have already worked with APQP or similar processes, and that you hold an interest for or experience with processing of composite material. Most importantly, you have built experience in documenting relevant development processes, and you are driven by analyzing the details.

In addition, you combine your ability to think outside the box with an analytical and systematic working style, and you know that you only succeed, when you work closely with your colleagues. Your primary place of work is the company location in Kolding, and your working language is primarily English.

Time for details, competent colleagues, an engaged team and a good working climate

At KLINGSPOR WINDPOWER you will work in a company with a leading position in the global wind market – a company that knows that it takes time to include all details in the process and that is ready to invest the time necessary.

KLINGSPOR WINDPOWER resides at the same address as KLINSPOR. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to nerd out with competent and experienced colleagues and at the same time have a sense of community. You will be part of an engaged team with strong values and a good working climate, where a good tone and a good mood characterize the culture.
