Du bruger din tekniske viden og problemløsningsevner i et dynamisk miljø

Som Service Project Manager får du en dynamisk hverdag, hvor du arbejder med projekter, der varierer i størrelse og i maskinteknisk kompleksitet. Du arbejder sideløbende med flere serviceprojekter, primært hos kunder i Nordeuropa. Du vil over tid få din egen kundeportefølje i kombination med akutte serviceopgaver og assistance til installationsafdelingen.

Dit ansvar er at håndtere projekterne 360-grader, fra første kontakt med kunden til fakturering af det afsluttede projekt, og dine primære arbejdsopgaver er, at: 

  • Afklare tekniske problemstillinger, forventningsafstemning om løsning og udarbejde tilbud

  • Bestille eller indkøbe reservedele internt eller hos underleverandører

  • Koordinere og planlægge ressourcer og tidsplaner ift. mandskab, værktøj m.m.

  • Problemløse for servicemontørerne, når de er ude på opgaven

Der er dig, der gransker tegninger, dokumenterer forløbet, forhandler ændringer undervejs og slutfakturerer.

Når du er kommet godt i gang i jobbet, gennemfører du service gennemgang hos kunderne og indhenter nye serviceprojekter. Ligesom du arbejder med andre opgaver, som serviceafdelingen assisterer kolleger med.

Du kan se frem til af få 30 engagerede og fagligt stærke kolleger i Global Service, hvoraf 7 bliver dine kolleger i project management.


Erfaren profil fra tilsvarende stilling eller forudsætninger for at træde ind i den

Du kommer fra en tilsvarende stilling som Service Project Manager, eller du arbejder som site supervisor, mechanical supervisor eller lignede med lyst til at være med ’på kontoret’. Du har optimalt en uddannelse som tekniker eller maskinmester.

Din erfaring betyder, at du hurtigt tager ansvar for egne projekter, ligesom du hurtigt kan danne dig et overblik over situationen hos kunderne og forstå de tekniske problemer. Din logiske og rationelle tilgang giver dig overblik til at håndtere begge dele hele vejen igennem projektet.

Du arbejder løsningsorienteret med et godt overblik, er handlekraftig og tager ansvar for, at projekterne kommer i mål. Du er positiv og vedholdende med naturligt fokus på, at kunderne skal have en god service.

Du har erfaring med at arbejde med engelsk som arbejdssprog i skrift og tale, ligesom du vant til at arbejde i flere IT-systemer. I forbindelse med kundebesøg kan du se frem til ca. 15 rejsedage om året.

Service Project Manager - 360 degree responsibility for own service projects in Europe

Use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment

As Service Project Manager you will experience dynamic working days when you deal with projects of varying size and mechanical complexity. You will work parallelly with several service projects, mainly with customers in Northern Europe. Over time you will have your own customer portfolio along with urgent service tasks and assistance to the installation department.

You will be responsible for end-to-end handling of the projects, from first contact with the customer to invoicing of the finished project. Your primary tasks are to:

  • Clarify technical problems, match expectations for the solutions, and prepare the tenders

  • Order or purchase spare parts internally or from subcontractors

  • Coordinate and plan resources and time schedules in relation to personnel, tools etc.

  • Solve problems for the service engineers on site

You will be in charge of scrutinizing drawings, documenting the process, negotiating changes and making the final invoicing.

When you are well acquainted with the job, you will perform service reviews on site at the customers and secure new service projects. Also, you will work with other tasks in the service department to assist your colleagues.

You will have 30 committed and professional colleagues in Global Service – 7 of these will be your colleagues in project management.


Experience from a similar position or qualified to take the position

You have a similar job as Service Project Manager, or you work as site supervisor, mechanical supervisor or in a similar position, and you are motivated by being ‘part of the office’. Preferably, you are an educated technician or engineer.

Because of your experience you quickly take responsibility for your own projects, you can immediately create an overview of the situation on site, and you understand the technical challenges. Your logical, rational, and solution-oriented approach enable you to handle the projects successfully throughout the whole process.

You are energetic, positive, persistent and fully aware of the importance of providing good service to the customers.

You are familiar with written and spoken English as working language as well as with different IT systems. You can expect up to 15 travel days each year in connection with customer visits.
