Project Manager
Do you have the talent to take on full responsibility for technical projects in 1 to 2 years?

Career opportunity with a focus on technology, customers, and business
You will join a professional project organisation where a team of experienced project managers are responsible for implementing Cabinplant’s customer specific projects on time and in a high quality.
Customers are located all over the world, and engineering and production take place in Denmark and on Cabinplant’s own production site in Poland.
After a thorough training in Cabinplant’s technology and business systems, you will oversee all aspects of the projects and quickly become your colleagues’ go-to person in relation to technical solutions and logistical issues – still with a focus on project economy and customer satisfaction.
You will have a close cooperation with customers and suppliers – as well as with your colleagues in the project department and across Cabinplant’s international organisation. You will be a liaison both internally and externally and ensure progress on the projects.
Project or mechanical engineer with talent for business
You are an engineer, technician or similar working with engineering or technical designing – and you have a strong ambition to become a project manager.
It is an advantage if you have already built experience in engineering relating to machinery and equipment for food production. You may also have built your experience in other industries, where process equipment is vital, and you know the main success criteria for being the trusted partner in delivering technology.
Regardless of your background, technical insight is an important competence in line with project economy and organisational understanding. Basic CAD and good language skills are a prerequisite for success in the job.
Your ability to create an overview, identify critical phases, and prioritise are important elements. Equally important is your pragmatic and flexible approach to a positive collaboration among the project’s internal and external stakeholders.
Take your next career step in a professional company with focus on people
At Cabinplant, you will be part of a well-functioning team of engaged and professional colleagues. You will experience a warm, open, and informal culture. Reliability and development characterise Cabinplant and their employees, and you now have the opportunity to share these values.
Cabinplant offers you plenty of opportunity to be challenged and develop professionally and personally, and to create results. You will be trained by project managers and other colleagues with high seniority and specialist knowledge.
